Initiate Your Request
Log into your MacPro account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.
